HELP
In Hutabarat Halim & Rekan, we have HELP
(HHR Education & Law Program) that basically
is an introduction system and program that need to be practiced and absorbed
by new associates of HHR before he/she involve in any real lawyer’s
works and assignments. In short, HELP is an adjustment period which is
this adjustment and introductions programs in HELP will be conducted in
a “structured” manner.
To assist new associates to adapt with HHR’s circumstances and
office system in general and to build and develop character and attitude
of the new associates in line with professional standard of H&R are
our purposes to conduct HELP.
We realise that education is an important investment
to our firm. Therefore, we offer a stimulating work environment, training
and development through lawyers retreat, in-house training, discussion
group and practice group.
