Inka Kirana is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, Indonesia. She is in charge as the Team Leader of Corporate & Investment and Media & Telecommunication practice groups. Her areas of practice encompass: (i) Transactional Legal Due Diligence and (ii) Mergers & Acquisitions. As a leading corporate & Investment lawyer, she has extensive experience in drafting advice and preparing transaction documents relating to these particular areas. She is a member of the Association of Indonesian Advocates (PERADI) and is a licensed advocate. |
