Ms. Chung, a partner of the firm since 2003 graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of North Sumatra, Medan, Indonesia. She is currently in charge as the Team Leader of Banking & Finance and Capital Markets & Securities practice groups. In addition to that, her areas of specialization also encompass: (i) Real Property & Land; (ii) Corporate Matters & Foreign Investment; (iii) Mergers & Acquisitions; as well as (iv) Insolvency and Restructuring.
Her extensive experience in preparing transaction documents within the areas of practice mentioned above has enabled her to handle various types of capital markets and banking & finance projects within the Indonesian legal market as well as for offshore clients intending to do business in Indonesia.
Ms. Chung is a member of the Indonesian Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants and is licensed as a Capital Market Legal Consultant and also a member of the Association of Indonesian Advocates (PERADI) and is a licensed advocate. She is also a licensed Receiver and Administrator who is registered at the Department of Law and Human Rights and a member of the Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association. In the international sphere, she is a member of the INSOL International.
